Assuming it is a pack of 20 that is roughly just over a quadrillion per smoke, OR 50 trillion per puff assuming the filter is worth 20 trillion. Estimate figures, Give or take a dozen US deficits here or there!

The gentleman is quoted as having ‘panicked’ (now there’s a reaction out of left field) and spent a number of hours sorting it out with the bank and Visa, who each tried to redirect the error to the other party. Good to see no matter how colossal the banking error, there is consistency in the pass-the-buck reaction.
Nice try banks, this guy is wise to you, you won’t bail yourselves out with HIS nicotine fix, so put that in your pipe and smoke it!

Considering How.Much.That.Is the ‘What would you do with that kind of money’ shows a little confusion as to how much 23,000 trillion is- Forget buying Europe, forget GM Motors! Let’s go to war with Mars!
But then again, at the moment 1$ is 37 million Zimbabwe dollars. 23 quadrillion$ pack of cigarettes in the future might be worth … a pack of cigarettes!
Of course the bank reversed the charge the following day and did not even joke about it, though he did have to fight to get back his 15$ fee for going overdrawn
